All OceanView Owners are encouraged to take an active role on Committees and/or the Board to keep our neighborhood moving forward in a positive direction, in compliance with HOA regulations and our Covenants and By-laws. Our Committees need members to function fully, and each of us has a responsibility to participate in our HOA.
